During my university years, I engaged in various projects, including my diploma project, where I honed my skills using software like 3D Studio Max and Adobe Suite. These tools allowed me to explore intricate designs, modeling, and visualizations, enhancing my understanding of architectural concepts and graphic design principles. Through hands-on experience and experimentation, I developed a versatile skill set that laid the foundation for my professional journey in design and creative expression
Reconstruction Project of Lavanda Recreation Base – Architectural Vision for Surf Enthusiasts
Objective: For my university diploma project, I undertook the reconstruction of Lavanda recreation base in the Azov Sea region. The aim was to create a specialized retreat for surf enthusiasts that offered a blend of function, comfort, and aesthetic appeal amidst the picturesque coastal landscape.
Process: Using advanced 3D visualization tools like 3D Studio Max and the Adobe Suite, I meticulously crafted the layout of the surf camp. The design included beach cabins for accommodation, centered around a communal space that offered a club, restaurant, and various amenities essential for surfers. My design approach emphasized the seamless integration of natural surroundings with man-made structures, ensuring that the architecture harmonized with the coastal environment. The structures were built with eco-friendly materials to enhance sustainability, a key priority for a recreational space catering to nature-loving surfers.
Outcome: The project not only showcased my ability to marry architectural concepts with graphic design principles but also set the foundation for my professional approach to creating user-centered, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. The Lavanda project was recognized as an innovative approach to surf camp design, blending practical facilities with environmental stewardship, appealing to the active lifestyle of surfers.
Atma Art Hotel
For my semester project, I envisioned the Atma Art Hotel, conceived as a distinctive art hotel that seamlessly integrates hospitality with artistic expression. The concept revolved around the creation of a dynamic space encompassing exhibition halls, bars, restaurants, living quarters, and dedicated art studios. Central to the concept was the idea of providing a platform for artists to reside and work on-site, fostering a vibrant atmosphere of creativity and collaboration. Simultaneously, the hotel welcomed travelers seeking immersive cultural experiences, inviting them to engage with art through visits and potential art purchases. The Atma Hotel aimed to redefine traditional notions of hospitality by offering a unique fusion of accommodation and artistic exploration, thereby appealing to both artists and art enthusiasts alike.
Space WC
Another semester project of mine was the conceptual design of a sanitation station named Space WC. This innovative project garnered recognition in various design competitions, securing first place multiple times in the year following its creation. The concept centered around a distinctive lavatory integrated with a ferris wheel, offering a novel approach to restroom facilities. Visitors could enter the lavatory and utilize the facilities at their leisure, fostering a comfortable and convenient experience. In addition, the innovative concept leveraged the natural physics of a moving wheel for waste flow management. This unique approach utilized the rotation of the ferris wheel to facilitate the movement of waste within the lavatory station, enhancing efficiency and sustainability. The Space WC aimed to revolutionize traditional restroom designs, providing users with a unique and enjoyable sanitation experience.
